How To Enter: Drawing Deadline: December 19, 2008. Fill out and submit the online entry form with your name, email, and address, by the Drawing Deadline. Limit one entry per physical or email address per drawing period.
Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected from all qualified entries received. The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Golf Arizona Magazine, whose decisions are final and binding, within a month of the end of the entry period.
Notification: Winner will be notified by e-mail. Guest must be 18 years of age or older if they are not the child of the winner. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Entry Limit: Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to enter using multiple email addresses will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Internet entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the email account. Golf Arizona Magazine is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, and lost/delayed data transmissions. In addition failures of any telephone network computer equipment, software, or inability to access the website or online service, or any other error or malfunction is not the responsibility of the sponsor. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Proof or emailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
